London. The city where everything happens. It's frequently said that this city never sleeps, but that's not just for the Muggle World. This is where every Hogwarts student must go to buy their school equipment, and catch the Hogwarts Express

Come in to the dingy, cosy, welcoming wizard pub. This pub is complete unnoticed by the Muggles, and some wizards if they don't look close enough. Come here with friends or on your own. You can also get a room here

Diagon Alley is always too crowded in the school holidays. Young wizards and witches swarm here from all over the country to buy their school things, ready for the new school year that begins on September 1st

Hundreds of Muggles come here everyday to catch their train. At the end of the summer, this train station is filled with children and their weirdly dressed parents, all waiting to run through the barrier between platforms nine and ten which holds a secret platform; Nine and Three Quarters

On the other side of the brick barrier, there is Platform Nine and Three Quarters. Here the Hogwarts students say goodbye to their parents for another year and board the Hogwarts Epxress, which takes them off to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

As the concrete city melts into rural countryside, the Hogwarts students start to mingle, meeting new friends, and enemies. The journey on the Hogwarts Express is long and tiring, and by the time the students get to Hogwarts, they just want to sleep

Hallelujah! You're popular. You've introduced yourself enough now...time to say hello to Hagrid

The Hogwarts Clock overlooks this Courtyard. It's also a place for pupils to go during their breaks

These are the long, sloping lawns that lead down to the Forest

The Lake is the beautiful stretch of water, covering almost half of the Grounds

The Forest, like the Lake, covers almost half of the Grounds and is forbidden to students

This is the hut where the friendly half-giant Hagrid lives
